Upload Your Results

Mila Fitness will provide personalized fitness support to you!

My program offers you the option to upload your results and exercise form through my fitness app. Each time you log in your sets and reps for an exercise, it stays registered on your exercise history. As your coach, I will push you to increase your weight or reps each time I give you a new workout.

You can also upload your own video for each of the exercises. By doing so, I can see your exercise form and check how you are doing. Most clients, do not know that even small tips to improve their form can help prevent injuries and see a huge different in their results!

Many of my clients do not realize the progress they have made until they take progress pictures. It is so important to have goals and measure them so you see your results and continue to stay motivated!

Through my fitness app, I will help you set goals as well as take progress pictures and log in your weight periodically. The results of doing so are amazing and life changing to help you stick with your fitness journey!
