About me

Camila de Prado

My name is Camila, but you can call me Coach Mila! I am a certified personal trainer and women’s fitness specialist (NASM). I have over four years of experience in working with clients at the gym and online. I am originally from Brazil, but have been living in the US for about 10 years now.

I love to hang out with my animals, Bella and Bruno. I also love to work out and go hiking with my husband, Hunter. When I am not doing something active, I love to watch shark shows and read. I also love children and serve in the kids ministry at my local church.

Most importantly, I love helping my clients to achieve their goals by providing them with an exercise routine for their home or gym, Motivating them, Giving them for feedback, And doing check-in meetings.
