About me
Camila de Prado
My name is Camila, but you can call me Coach Mila! I moved from Brazil to Kentucky when I was sixteen years old. I went to college and lived in Kentucky for four years. My husband and I got married and moved to Jacksonville, Fl in 2019.
I have always loved exercising and encouraged my friends to go to the gym with me. During the covid pandemic in 2020, my work load as a behavioral therapist was light and I saw an opportunity to become a Certified Personal Trainer!
Since then, I fell in love with being a trainer! I started my own company, Mila Fitness (Est. 2022)! I currently help people become healthy by teaching them how to exercise effectively and acquire a high protein diet! Do you want to work with me? With my training you will get:
