About me
Camila de Prado
My name is Camila, but you can call me Coach Mila! I am a certified personal trainer and women’s fitness specialist (NASM). I have over four years of experience in working with clients. I am originally from Brazil, but have been living in the US for about 10 years now.
I love to hang out with my animals, Bella and Bruno. I also love to work out and take Bella on a hike together with my husband, Hunter. When I am not doing something active, I love to watch shark shows and read. I also love children and serve in the kids ministry at my local church. Most importantly, I love helping my clients to achieve their goals by providing them with an exercise routine!

How it Works
Receive personalized workouts through my fitness app integration! My workouts are composed of 6-8 strength exercises purposely put together for you.
What you will get:
-demonstration videos and instructions on how to perform the exercises
-weekly routines that you can do 2-3x a week
And more:
You will receive dieting/exercise tips and we will define your goals together. My unique workouts and accessory exercises ensure you see results in less than three months. My program is made for the gym or home depending on your location/equipment available to you. Furthermore, you have an option to upload your own videos on the app so I can provide form feedback and adjust your program according to your needs. By improving your form, you can transform your workouts!
