Exercises to Prevent a Hunched Back

Are you afraid of getting a hunchback? Do you already feel like you have a bad posture?

This is a very common problem. Fortunately, there are exercises that can help improve your posture and reduce upper body tightness. The Ball Lat Stretch, seated cat and camel, and spine rotation are three effective exercises and stretches that you can easily incorporate into your routine. Ball lat stretch

Instructions: repeat the movement 10x at home or prior to your workouts.

Seated cat and camel

Instructions: 3 sets of 10 repetitions, rest 30s in between sets. This exercise can be done at home on a chair.

Spine Rotation

Instruction: 10 repetitions on each arm. You can hold the arm up and exhale when coming up to feel the movement even more.
